 WOODSTOCK GUEST HOUSE is an elegant Victorian building, situated in a quiet residential road.  It offers the benefit of on-site parking, lounge, dining area and rear garden for guests. \it has close access to all local amenities, main roads and public transport. The town centre and East Croydon railway station is a five minutes walking distance. Central London and Gatwick Airport is only 15—20 minutes by rail. Guests can be assured of a friendly and restful atmosphere.

There are eight spacious and comfortable bedrooms, tastefully decorated - triples, twin, double and singles with designated WC/shower/bathrooms or ensuites. Only two single rooms have shared facilities.  All bedrooms have wash hand basins, colour TVs and tea and coffee making facilities.

From A232 or A212 at the Croydon Town Centre Roundabout, exit at A212 South Croydon leading into Park Lane.  Woodstock Road is third on the left off Park Lane.
